The Getup Vintage is always looking for individuals whom are passionate about vintage clothing. There are many facets of vintage clothing - repair, sales, modeling, and more -  where we need people with a variety of skills! Retail Staff

Our in-store salespeople are the backbone of The Getup Vintage! We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, organized, self-motivated, and reliable people to staff our shop. Our salespeople are the direct face of The Getup Vintage and we count on them to provide superior customer service as well as be knowledgeable about the garments we sell.

On the day-to-day, salespeople are responsible for ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience at our store and help guests as needed with personal shopping and wardrobe selection. Furthermore, salespeople help with: cleaning the store, restocking merchandise, answering telephones, and nightly deposits. This position is currently filled, but you are welcome to email a resume to for the time being or drop off an application, and we will contact you when the need arises.


This is a 1099, work-from-home position. We are looking for professional-level seamstresses to aid with repair of our garments. Many times, garments will need just a few small fixes before heading out to the floor; armpit repairs, seam reinforcements, hems, and zipper replacements are common. Seamstresses must understand how to work with vintage materials and fabrics. Seamstress must provide their own sewing machine; we will provide era-appropriate zippers and other such materials whenever possible. We require that all candidates complete a test batch of an assortment of garments with various repairs for you to fix. You must be able to pick up and drop off repaired garments in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This position is currently filled, but you are welcome to email a resume to for the time being, and we will contact you when the need arises.


We are looking for models of EVERY TYPE for photo shoots, events, and runway shows. Please send us your resume and any current head / body shots you may have to with the subject MODEL and we will add you to our model email list. We will send out an email call for models when we have shoots we need to fill, generally monthly.
